Let’s run there.   </span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Your Job:</b></div><div>As an Integrated Planning (IP) Analyst at Brooks EMEA, you will work with the EMEA Integrated Planning </div><div>(Demand &amp; Supply) business users to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and </div><div>analytics solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and enhance supply chain </div><div>efficiency. You will partner with the EMEA IP managers to support their data and reporting needs, which will </div><div>automate their work processes and enable them to plan and manage their business. You will use Knime, Power </div><div>BI, and Microsoft AAS CUBEs based on Snowflake technology to develop reports and dashboards for business </div><div>applications</div><h3>Your Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li><b>Deliver Integrated Planning Reporting &amp; Analytics </b></li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for demand and supply planning data to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, including but not restricted to: KPIs, Root Cause analysis, Monthly demand planning reports, Demand Review dashboards, rolling forecast tracker, 24Mo EMEA demand plan consolidation </li><li>Support EMEA Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams on all analytics needs, including identifying automation opportunities and execute them through available tools such as Knime and Power BI </li><li>Support scenario planning by modeling different demand and supply scenarios and their impacts </li><div><br /></div><li><b>Support Integrated Planning Continuous Improvement</b>  </li><li>Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to support business initiatives across Integrated Planning </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements </li><li>Support the documentation of key processes and procedures </li><li>Lead, mentor and train IP team members and cross-functional partners on the tools, systems, and processes within the Integrated Planning team  </li><li>Work independently on projects in the Integrated Planning environment </li><div> </div><li><b>Support S&amp;OP process </b></li><li>Assist Demand Planning Team in preparing and facilitating monthly (pre) Demand Review </li><li>Assist Planning Teams in preparing S&amp;OE content </li><div><br /></div><li><b>Systems </b></li><li>Build, maintain and execute data integration flows using KNIME and similar tools </li><li>Build, maintain and update reporting and dashboards in Power BI and similar tools </li><div><br /></div><li><b>ERP Master Data </b></li><li> Own and maintain product data for global inventory styles and samples across ERP and Supply Planning systems; ensure data integrity through audits and adherence to master data policies. </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for product data issues, driving resolution through process or technology changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Optimize data management processes to improve responsiveness to demand shifts. </li><li>Lead auditing and exception reporting to ensure timely and accurate data in systems of record. </li><li>Oversee item setup in PLM and ERP systems, including pre-audit and post-setup reviews to improve data accuracy. </li><li>Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and support product master data requirements. </li><li>Analyze data quality issues, propose solutions, and guide cleansing efforts for migrations and implementations. </li><li>Build strong relationships across teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on master data strategy. </li><li>Support training, testing, and cross-functional projects related to product data systems. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on product data and ERP systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements and ongoing support. </li></ul><h3>Your Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>2 years of experience in data analysis across systems and processes or similar experience in the Planning, Product Management, Business or Technology Teams or Business Intelligence space required </li><li>Knowledge of advanced planning systems like Kinaxis, preferably experience using M3 related inventory planning tools and FLEX product line management system </li><li>Experience in understanding maintaining product master data in an ERP system like Infor M3 is an advantage </li><li>Being able to independently work in a fast-paced environment, that can be unstructured and evolves quickly </li><li>Passion for data and governance with demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story and influence decision making </li><li>strongly self-driven and independent individual that does not require a 1:1 in person mentoring  </li><li>Knowledge of data architecture and database structure </li><li>Comfortable working with ambiguity and adaptable to changing demands and priorities </li><li>Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel and experience in creating data visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Excel or Tableau, knowledge of KNIME/Alteryx is a plus </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company </li><li>Understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community, embraces and lives the Brooks values </li><div><br /></div></ul>
