Core focus and responsibilities include:<ul><li>Partnering closely with Brand, Product, Compliance, and Data while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and engagement opportunities within both marketing and transactional touchpoints.</li><li>Running A/B tests, performing analysis, and optimization across marketing and transactional workflows for both new and existing products</li><li>Owning transactional workflow reporting and monitoring</li><li>Using data to identify opportunities for activation/upsell in existing/new transactional</li><li>Getting team alignment on changes and improvements</li><li>Optimizing for brand and user experience</li></ul>Your areas of focus will be partnership with the Product team as we launch new products and optimize existing CRM workflows, including transactional communications in adherence with compliance regulations. You will strategize, collaborate on, and manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, briefing and optimizations, monitoring, reporting and analysis. This is a very impactful role that will work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, and Engineering to enable new personalized customer journeys. This role reports to the CRM Director.What youll be doing:<ul><li>Optimize transactional and lifecycle workflows to support the user journey through the Brigit app as they interact with the various Brigit products.</li><li>Partner with the product team and lead conceptualizing, creating and managing CRM initiatives via automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging.</li><li>Manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, briefing and optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis.</li><li>Create and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content.</li><li>Ensure campaigns (including tests, segmentation and complex personalization logic) are set up and deployed accurately in a timely manner.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Legal/Compliance to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys.</li></ul>What you have:<ul><li>5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from conception through analysis.</li><li>Customer obsessed and a creative thinker; you care deeply about our customers as well as delightful, on-brand experiences.</li><li>Strong experience with Iterable including custom events and dynamic scripting language (handlebars) is required</li><li>Ability to write or at least edit intuitive CRM copy for transactional events, welcome emails, etc.</li><li>Experience testing and optimizing transactional, event based workflows for email, push, SMS</li><li>Knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws.</li><li>Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.</li><li>Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.</li><li>Team player and strong communicator.</li><li>Exceptional project management skills, experience managing multiple competing projects/deadlines, and strong attention to detail.</li><li>An ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>CompensationThe anticipated annual base salary for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible.
