You have deep Salesforce expertise and a pragmatic approach to systems design, knowing when to prioritize velocity—and when to push for foundational quality. You bring an AI-first mindset, eager to embed automation and intelligence into team workflows. You mentor others, work collaboratively, and take ownership of results. Above all, you’re energized by designing systems that enable teams to move faster and smarter.</div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Own the technical architecture and design of our Salesforce and GTM systems.</li><li>Lead and scale integrations across systems like ChiliPiper, Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, and others.</li><li>Drive adoption of AI tooling across the systems team to accelerate delivery and impact.</li><li>Architect scalable business logic and lead routing systems that support hundreds of users.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Operations Technology to define long-term systems vision.</li><li>Consolidate and improve our systems landscape through thoughtful tool evaluation.</li><li>Mentor junior admins and drive upskilling across the team.</li><li>Create measurable improvements in team velocity and shift the org from reactive to strategic systems planning.</li></ul><h3>What You’ve Done</h3><ul><li>7+ years experience with Salesforce configuration and Apex coding.</li><li>5+ years designing and integrating GTM systems that scale with business growth.</li><li>Led architecture for asynchronous Apex systems at scale.</li><li>Proven success leveraging AI/LLMs to accelerate systems or operational workflows.</li><li>Delivered systems improvements that significantly enhanced data quality, speed, or business agility.</li><li>Successfully migrated or optimized tools within a GTM tech stack.</li><li>Mentored junior systems admins and contributed to their growth.</li><li>Demonstrated judgment in making the right trade-offs between speed and quality.</li></ul><div><i><span>Brightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
