You embrace feedback, seek better ways to operate, and lead with curiosity and a bias for action.</span></div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Serve as the GTM lead for all new business launches across the Education team  </li><li>Define and execute the GTM strategy for new products and businesses</li><li>Fully own revenue goals and metrics for new products</li><li>Identify risk and drive continuous improvement to close gaps to target</li><li>Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Ops, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to deliver results  </li><li>Establish the operating rhythm that defines cadence, key metrics, and reporting infrastructure that enables continuous improvement and accountability</li><li>Approach challenges with a hypothesis-driven and iterative mindset, testing ideas and monitoring outcomes closely  </li></ul><h3>What You’ve Done</h3><ul><li>Successfully built and scaled the go-to-market strategy for new (0-1) products or businesses  </li><li>Proven track record of owning and delivering against a revenue goal, or had P&amp;L ownership over a business  </li><li>Aligned and influenced key stakeholders (sales, marketing, enablement, ops, and finance teams) to deliver business results </li><li>Operated with autonomy and clarity in ambiguous, high-growth environments  </li><li>Led rapid iteration of GTM strategies and positioning based on data, market insights and customer feedback  </li><li>Operated with an entrepreneurial mindset - resourceful, navigates through ambiguity, builds for impact</li></ul><div><b><span>Equity &amp; Ownership</span></b><span><b>:</b></span></div><div><span>We believe in empowering our employees as stakeholders in brightwheel’s success.
