This role will report directly to the VP, Education.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growth strategy, marketing, project management and cross-functional stakeholder management.</span></div><div><span>Central to our mission, we are seeking team members who are aligned with, and embody our </span><a href="https://mybrightwheel.com/about/">leadership principles</a><span>. We value individuals who are sharp, scrappy, and able to find insights and move to quick action with a high degree of quality. </span></div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Drive revenue growth and acquire customers: initiate, scope, and lead cross-functional projects related to customer adoption and retention, focusing on the adoption of our Education &amp; Curriculum products</li><li>Lead Education GTM team directing strategy for sales &amp; sales enablement, marketing, events, and customer success in collaboration with central teams to execute the strategic direction</li><li>Partner with Finance and the VP/GM of Education to develop goals, and then identify resourcing needs and systems improvements required to accomplish our ambitious growth plans</li><li>Own and manage end-to-end projects and results impacting the customer journey, collaborating closely with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations</li><li>Develop appropriate metrics to run the business and keep the leadership team apprised of performance - then implement, measure, and evaluate the ongoing impact of new customer projects and initiatives to improve performance where necessary to meet goals</li><li>Facilitate decision-making and execution by leading key stakeholders and contributors and surfacing required information to make critical decisions</li><li>Act as a key stakeholder balancing both short-term and long-term business objectives, with a keen eye for the customer experience</li></ul><h3>What You’ve Done</h3><ul><li>Driven strategy, marketing, and operations in a high-growth or startup environment.</li><li>Led and developed  high-performing teams with a strong track record of results and team engagement.</li><li>Owned cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution, influencing stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.</li><li>Demonstrated success building and scaling complex programs that deliver measurable impact across revenue, operations, or customer outcomes.</li><li>Deep expertise in sales strategy and marketing execution, and strong instincts on what moves the needle.</li><li>A data- and process-driven operator who has delivered in fast-paced, dynamic settings; skilled in analytics, critical thinking, and structured decision-making.</li><li>Operated at both 30,000 feet and in the weeds—shaped the vision and got hands dirty building from scratch.</li><li>Resourceful, scrappy, and solutions-oriented—you identified what is needed, found a path, and made progress with urgency.</li><li>A trusted cross-functional leader who has driven momentum with empathy, integrity, and clear communication.</li><li>Grounded in a customer-first mindset and energized by the opportunity to solve real problems for users.</li></ul><div><b><span>Equity &amp; Ownership</span></b><span><b>:</b></span></div><div><span>We believe in empowering our employees as stakeholders in brightwheel’s success.
