You are excited to call current brightwheel customers and be responsible for ambitious sales goals - from prospecting through close.  You are eager to identify each customer’s needs and help them solve problems to get the most value out of brightwheel.  You are energized to join a team that is competitive, collaborative, and spends all day guiding our customers through the sales process via Zoom, phone calls, and emails.  You are a curious go-getter who is passionate about improving the world through education and technology. </span></div><h3>What you’ll do</h3><ul><li>Partner with existing customers to expand their product offerings to help their business grow.</li><li>Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and discovery (often in Spanish) to uncover pain points and educate prospects on how brightwheel can solve their business challenges.</li><li>Own the entire sales cycle, from generating qualified leads to booking and holding demos to closing deals.</li><li>Be accountable for achieving monthly revenue and unit goals. </li><li>Utilize Salesforce to manage all sales activities and pipeline, keeping information organized and up-to-date.</li><li>Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position brightwheel products.</li></ul><h3>Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities</h3><ul><li><b>Fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in Spanish</b></li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to balance multiple priorities.</li><li>Naturally competitive and resilient, energized by challenges, and motivated to exceed goals.</li><li>Able to quickly learn and adapt and to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent change.</li><li>Proactive in seeking feedback and coaching, with a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve.</li><li>Consultative in their sales approach, with the ability to ask effective questions, uncover pain points, and help prospects think differently about their business.</li></ul><div><b><span>Equity &amp; Ownership</span></b><span>:</span></div><div><span>We believe in empowering our employees as stakeholders in brightwheel’s success.
