What you’ll do As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our largest customers, guiding them through a successful launch of the Brex platform. Acting as a hybrid coach, project manager, and product expert, your primary goals will be to drive wide product adoption, deliver ongoing business value, and help customers transform their financial workflows. Where you’ll work This role will be based in our Salt Lake City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work! What you’ll do <ul> <li>Deep expertise in the Travel &amp; Expense (T&amp;E) industry is required, with at least 3+ years of hands-on domain experience. Preference for experience implementing T&amp;E SaaS solutions.</li> <li>A strong professional background with 4+ years in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment) and 4+ years of global project management or consulting experience.</li> <li>A knack for leading complex customer engagements, with the ability to comfortably manage both technical and non-technical workstreams.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues cross-functionally and deliver creative, customized solutions for a variety of customers.</li> <li>A proven track record of building customer-centric processes and a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion while achieving desired business outcomes.</li> </ul> Bonus points <ul> <li>Hands-on implementation experience with Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.</li> <li>Additional domain expertise in any of the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, or Corporate Card Program Management.</li> </ul> Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $128,800 - $161,000 USD.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
