Sitting within the People Operations team and reporting to the Manager of People Systems, this role plays a critical part in optimizing our global HR systems, primarily Workday and driving forward our people data strategy. You’ll be hands-on with system configuration, lead key projects, and partner cross-functionally to deliver smart, scalable solutions that support a growing global workforce.  Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collaborate with People Systems Analysts to enhance and optimize Workday functionality and implement solutions that improve usability and adoption</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable system solutions, and lead the end-to-end implementation process</li> <li>Configure and maintain Workday modules including Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security groups</li> <li>Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions across the People team and broader organization</li> <li>Monitor and improve existing Business Processes and design new ones to support evolving business needs</li> <li>Participate actively in the Workday Community and stay current on new features and best practices</li> <li>Document system configurations and maintain SOPs, training materials, and end-user guides</li> <li>Lead and support key initiatives including system audits, integration reviews, and Workday bi-annual release testing and deployment</li> <li>Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to manage integrations, data quality, and system access management</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE You’re a detail-obsessed systems thinker with a passion for people tech. You know how to break down complex challenges, design scalable solutions, and translate business needs into thoughtful configuration. You’re as comfortable in a Workday sandbox as you are partnering with stakeholders or presenting data-driven insights. You’re looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-moving environment with a team that values curiosity, clarity, and continuous improvement.  Requirements: <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in People Systems or HR Operations with 2 to 3 years of direct Workday configuration experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence modules</li> <li>Bonus points for experience with Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Payroll</li> <li>Expertise in Workday Business Process configuration and report building including calculated fields and dashboards</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li> <li>Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with an ability to influence without authority</li> <li>Experience documenting systems and writing SOPs or user guides for both technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets</li> <li>A process improvement mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving change</li> <li>Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira preferred</li> <li>Experience with other people systems like Greenhouse, CultureAmp, or Lattice is a plus</li> </ul><div><div> WHAT WE OFFER Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country <a href="https://www.braze.com/company/careers/how-we-hire#benefit-section">here</a>.
