As a GTM Enablement Manager, your role is to provide our GTM teams in region with the tools, skills and knowledge to be successful. Regional Enablement <ul> <li>Partner with Regional Sales and Partnerships leadership to identify priorities, diagnose business and individual needs, and align enablement initiatives to outcomes.</li> <li>Establish a consistent operating rhythm with Sales and Partnerships leaders, providing regular updates, surfacing needs, and reinforcing accountability for program adoption.</li> <li>Drive regional execution of enablement programs, ensuring rollout is timely, tracked, and supported through clear communication.</li> <li>Monitor and report on adoption and performance metrics, closing the loop with leadership to highlight progress and gaps.</li> <li>Deliver engaging regional enablement through varied formats as needed (e.g., manager forums, workshops, self-paced learning).</li> </ul> Global Enablement <ul> <li>Act as the regional voice to the GTM Enablement &amp; Productivity team, providing insights and feedback to shape global programs.</li> <li>Ensure consistent rollout of global initiatives in-region, adapting only where needed for local effectiveness.</li> <li>Share adoption data, feedback, and best practices back to global teams to inform program design and scaling.</li> <li>Where appropriate, lead global enablement initiatives, alongside regional responsibilities </li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE <ul> <li>5+ years combined experience in Sales, Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Productivity or Operations roles.</li> <li>Deep understanding of sales processes, tools, skills, and behaviours, with experience driving value-based selling approaches. Familiarity with formal methodologies such as Force Management’s Command of the Message is a plus.</li> <li>Strong communication and influence skills</li> <li>Exceptional relationship management skills with senior stakeholders</li> <li>Proven ability to support the development of high-performing sales teams, working in partnership with first-line managers through training, coaching, and reinforcement.</li> <li>Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Confidence when presenting in front of large groups</li> <li>Proven track record of producing and hosting enablement events, leading advanced sales training, driving adoption of best practices, and measuring the impact of productivity programs at scale</li> <li>Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, with the flexibility to pivot quickly to new demands and respond with a high sense of urgency.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams</li> <li>Experience with Learning Management Systems and related systems and processes - Seismic LMS/CMS experience is a bonus</li> <li>Ability to conduct analyses, translate results to digestible communications, including messages and presentations</li> <li>Light travel</li> <li>Business fluent English.
