You have previous experience in providing administrative support to senior management. You are known for flexibility and foresight in a fast-changing environment, and for maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.</p> <h4>WHAT YOULL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Coordinate complex and detailed calendar management. Be the effective point of contact for enquiries</li> <li>Understand complex and changing business priorities to ensure the executive’s time is optimized, as well as seamless operations and strategic alignment across business units</li> <li>Efficiently manage schedules, coordinate daily activities, and prioritize tasks across multiple time-zones with competing deadlines, both from a hands-on and strategic perspective</li> <li>Perform a wide range of administrative support, including preparing documents and reports. Work independently with accountability</li> <li>Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel</li> <li>Maintain and refine internal processes that support the Sales Department. Streamline processes and outcomes across various aspects of the senior leadership’s responsibilities</li> <li>Organize team communications and plan events (including ordering food, catering, venue search as required), both internally and offsite</li> <li>Flag (potential) issues and concerns. Ensure executives are aptly updated, actions are followed up, and deadlines are met</li> <li>Help organize and coordinate departmental business processes, including promotion cycles and budgeting</li> <li>Demonstrate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information</li> <li>Process invoices and T&amp;E expense claims in a timely manner. Ensure policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines</li> <li>Provide support to cross-functional projects related to Sales (e.g. workshops; events) and assist with project management as required.</li> </ul> <h4>Skills and Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in executive administration reporting directly to senior management</li> <li>Superb written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Outstanding organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous multitasking skills</li> <li>A flexible and approachable team player who is result-oriented, willing to do what it takes to get the job done, adaptable, enjoys challenges and embraces changes</li> <li>Proficiency in office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems</li> <li>Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses</li> <li>Experience in developing internal processes</li> </ul> <p>For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $105,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $120,000 and $140,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
