If you enjoy problem-solving, technical challenges, and customer engagement, this role is a great fit for you!</p> <h3><strong>As a Technical Specialist</strong><strong>, you’ll get to:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor; driving adoption, value realization, and customer success.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive positive customer outcomes.</li> <li>Conduct technical discovery, demos, and presentations, and educate customers on best practices.</li> <li>Assist customers with technical solution planning, execution, and troubleshooting of our SDK, APIs, and products.</li> <li>Proactively analyze customer needs and develop creative solutions to improve product adoption.</li> <li>Maintain a strong customer-first mindset, ensuring excellent communication and expectation management.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You’ll be a good fit if you have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Consultant).</li> <li>Mobile development experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Java/Kotlin) and third-party SDKs.</li> <li>Web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.</li> <li>Familiarity with REST APIs and data analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).</li> <li>Experience working with debugging and troubleshooting tools like Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tools, Command Line Interface.</li> <li>Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong ability to multi-task and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>Demonstrate intermediate to advanced presentation skills with the ability to develop compelling slide decks and deliver confident, value-driven messages to customers.</li> <li>A self-starter mindset. </li> </ul> <p>In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX, is $116,000 - $148,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location.  Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.<em>Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is on target earning.</em></p> <p>This role will be based at our Austin office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
