This critical role will report directly to the VP of Product and focus on developing and enhancing our core technical infrastructure and platform capabilities. This posting is for one position open for hiring in multiple cities (Illinois, California, Colorado, Georgia) as well as hybrid in our Austin, TX office. In this role, you will be responsible for the product vision of our technical platform, working across engineering, design, and data teams to build robust, scalable solutions that power our product ecosystem. Youll own the full feature lifecycle for complex technical initiatives, build the platform roadmap, and track key metrics tied to system performance, reliability, and architectural innovation. As a Senior Product Manager, Customer Platform, you’ll get to: Product Strategy &amp; Architecture <ul> <li>Define and execute the product vision for our core technical platform</li> <li>Drive architectural initiatives that enhance system scalability, performance, and reliability</li> <li>Build and prioritize the platform roadmap, balancing technical debt reduction with innovative feature development</li> <li>Technical Innovation &amp; Development</li> <li>Oversee the full lifecycle of complex technical and shared features: from conceptualization to implementation and iteration</li> <li>Collaborate closely with senior engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges</li> <li>Identify and drive platform improvements that enable new product capabilities of our Growth Platform</li> <li>Develop detailed technical requirements and user stories that bridge product vision with engineering implementation</li> </ul> Performance &amp; Optimization <ul> <li>Own key performance indicators related to platform reliability, performance, and scalability</li> <li>Establish metrics and monitoring frameworks for system health and technical performance</li> <li>Conduct in-depth technical analysis to identify optimization opportunities</li> <li>Create and maintain technical roadmaps that align with long-term product strategy</li> <li>Cross-functional Leadership</li> <li>Lead cross-functional teams of senior engineers, architects, and data specialists</li> <li>Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure robust system design</li> <li>Share technical insights and architectural decisions across the organization</li> <li>Champion a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning</li> </ul> <h3>You’ll be a good fit if you have:</h3> <ul> <li>At least 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in technical/platform product management</li> <li>Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and technical infrastructure</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering complex technical platforms and infrastructure projects</li> <li>Strong technical background with the ability to dive deep into technical specifications</li> <li>Exceptional analytical skills with ability to make data-driven technical decisions</li> <li>Advanced problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to technical challenges</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical teams</li> </ul> This role is 100% remote in Colorado. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado is $170,000 - $200,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only. Compensation for candidates outside of Colorado will be based on the candidate’s specific work location.
