Our culture empowers everyone to be successful and unleashes our full potential.   Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will ensure that commercial programs and initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic business objectives. This individual will be responsible for program oversight, cross-functional coordination, and vendor management to support the company’s commercial success.  The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will provide insights that inform brand performance decisions and customer engagement strategies, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across the commercial function.  Specific Duties: <ul> <li>Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners that support commercial programs, ensuring that external resources are aligned with organizational priorities and deliver value to the business.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Market Access.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with brand strategy and go-to-market plans.</li> <li>Manage and track the progress of cross-functional projects, driving key commercial initiatives from planning through to successful execution.</li> <li>Assess customer performance and emerging trends to inform and support brand strategy and commercial planning.</li> <li>Facilitate clear and timely communication between cross-functional teams and senior leadership, providing regular updates on program status, key risks, milestones, and critical decision points.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, serving as a trusted business partner to leadership and peers.</li> <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the commercial organization.</li> <li>Provide account analytics by monitoring account performance and ordering trends, identifying insights that can guide strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Conduct regular check-ins with clinics to evaluate performance, identify patterns, and capture customer insights that can enhance brand execution.</li> <li>Take on additional Commercial Operations projects as business needs evolve.</li> </ul> Skills: <ul> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to independently drive projects to completion.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, as well as other commercial planning tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Quicksight.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, with a track record of overseeing external partners to ensure quality and compliance.</li> <li>Advanced project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and to convey complex information clearly to both internal and external audiences.</li> <li>Customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to foster collaboration and alignment across functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> Education/Experience: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience, with exposure to commercial operations preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing customer and vendor relationships with measurable impact on program success.</li> <li>Proven ability to generate and report on customer insights that inform strategy and execution.</li> <li>Hands-on experience using tools such as Quicksight and Smartsheet to manage projects, track progress, and deliver insights.</li> </ul> Braeburn is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity for all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, military/veteran status, age, disability, or any other category/characteristic protected by law (collectively, Protected Categories).
