We offer over 10 industry groups to cater to your specific interests as you progress your career in Public Accounting. </div><div> </div><div>Follow your interests, lean into your strengths, ask questions, and grow your knowledge of Tax, all with the unwavering support of a personal Coach and Buddy who will be there to empower you every step of the way.</div><h3>What were looking for:</h3><ul><li>An interest in beginning a career in public accounting</li><li>An interest in International Tax</li><li>Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics (BS/BA/MSA/MST/Certificate Program) and graduating between <b>2025 - 2027</b></li><li>Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work in a team environment</li><li>A positive attitude mixed with an innate desire to learn </li><li>Basic knowledge in research and technical writing process</li><li>Our ideal colleague: Compassionate, proactive, authentic, driven, and resilient individuals who are seeking to be lifelong learners</li></ul><h3>You can expect to:</h3><ul><li>Participate in a week-long training with members of our Tax and Learning &amp; Development team</li><li>Analyze data and prepare work papers and tax returns based on professional standards for a variety of entities and individuals with focus on international issues</li><li>Identify, research, and assess various international tax issues </li><li>Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of tax laws and issues including IRS, Courts, and other regulatory bodies</li><li>Socialize with other Tax interns and staff both virtually and in-person (where possible)</li><li>Present at the end of your internship about your experience and learnings</li><li>Be assigned a buddy who will visit with you every week, answer your questions and help you with the various aspects of our process</li><li>Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.</li><li><b>Expected Schedule: </b></li><li><b>January: 20 hours/week</b></li><li><b>February-  April:  30 hours/week </b></li></ul><div><span>Wondering if you should apply?</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>At BPM we are people who value people.
