There are many aspects of our employees’ lives that are meaningful, so we offer benefits to enable your work to fit with your life.<h2>Join our Team and advance your career as a Procurement Manager - Global Additives Team, Industrial Chemicals for Lubricants.</h2><h2>In this role You will:</h2><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of the additives strategy</li><li>Develop, manage and lead SRM for suppliers</li><li>Drive value delivery for the SPU from the local suppliers</li><li>Support business contingency process by building appropriate risk mitigations</li><li>Participate in all business-critical final negotiations of Industrial suppliers</li><li>Maintain relationships with strategy teams and key business functions</li><li>Lead and oversee execution of the strategy</li><li>Ensure segment sourcing teams promote and encourage outward focus on supply base and both proactively investigate, and track supply market innovations and change instigated by suppliers</li><li>Contribute to development of additives strategy, plans and priorities</li><li>Course correct the categorys evolving position based on the risk and opportunity using the procurement chessboard</li><li>Subject matter expert for Additives category and maintaining key partner connectivity</li><li>Track market developing and improvement plan to create more value from supply base interactions</li><li>Define and meet performance measures for the category, reflecting business requirements and market opportunities</li><li>Track levels of risk and provide management information on risk assessments and feedback to the Global Additives Director via agreed risk reporting mechanism</li><li>Lead the full sourcing process to ensure delivery of business plans and category strategies in collaboration with business partners</li><li>Generate the supplier portfolio, select suppliers, and lead the supplier negotiation. Integrate suppliers through the implementation of new contracts, ensuring efficient change management</li><li>Support and drive OD&amp;I activities to promote supply and specification developments in line with business needs and supplier capabilities</li><li>Support provision of timely supply market knowledge to the business, relaying current and future impactful events and their potential consequences</li><li>Work collaboratively with the wider GSC and IST shipping to ensure no Additives stock outs at the plants occur</li><li>Support supplier management, including ongoing contract management and control, collation of performance data and plan and execute supplier meetings</li><li>Identify, select, and manage key suppliers for continuous improvement through rigorous cost and value analysis across circa $100m spend</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>What You will need to be successful:</h2><ul><li>Fluency in English</li><li>University degree and equivalent work experience, in an appropriate technical and commercial field.</li><li>Direct raw material category experience in global businesses. Advanced sourcing methodologies and tools.</li><li>Global sourcing category strategy development and implementation, dealing with global and regional supply basis, track record of multi-year business value delivery aligned to business and sourcing strategies.
