This person will work alongside our team of Adobe Target business practitioners to create innovative personalized experiences &amp; tests for our clients that span multiple industries. If you are passionate about collaborating with curious minds as help solution complex problems, then we want to hear from you! </span></div><h3>Information Security Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols</li><li>Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets</li><li>Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)</li><li>Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information</li></ul><h3>  Roles and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Aid in the configuration, administration and operation of Lead Adobe Target to support multi-channel campaigns (create offers &amp; profile scripts for personalized experiences/tests) </li><li>Develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences using Adobe Target </li><li>Provide consulting &amp; technical expertise (act as technical SME for Adobe Target) </li><li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies </li><li>Build segmentation and audiences in Target to drive personalization activities </li><li>Customize and enhance web pages and components to meet personalization and testing requirements. </li><li>Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices. </li><li>Ensure proper tagging and tracking for personalization experiences &amp; tests </li><li>Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Adobe Target implementation and front-end development. </li><li>Work with advanced Adobe Sensei capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field required </li><li>5+ years of experience working with Adobe Target setting up basic and advanced activities </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Target and Adobe Marketing Cloud. </li><li>Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular,<a href="http://Vue.js">Vue.js</a>). </li><li>Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies. </li><li>Familiarity with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred). </li><li>Experience with tag management systems and data layers </li><li>Experience working with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics </li><li>Web development experience </li><li>Passion for the digital domain and use of technology to solve business problems </li><li>Ability to learn new technologies at high level to identify use opportunities </li><li>Be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success </li><li>Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset </li><li>Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written</li></ul><div>We invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert <a href="https://www.bounteous.com/careers/#contact-us-footer">here</a>.</div><div><br /></div><div>Bounteous is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
