This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.  Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Strategic Leadership &amp; Solution Ownership</li><ul><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders and solution the end-to-end experience of digital marketing technical solutions, from ideation through delivery and ongoing optimization.</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals, including capability evolution and integration plans.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.</li><li>Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate business need into marketing capabilities.</li></ul><li>Business Analysis &amp; Requirements Management</li><ul><li>Facilitate workshops to gather and document functional, technical, and data requirements.</li><li>Provide experience and expertise to guide collaborators to define a future state solution</li><li>Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile development teams.</li><li>Attend technical backlog grooming and represent business leads in solutioning.</li></ul><li>Platform Expertise &amp; Execution</li><ul><li>Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and related marketing automation tools.</li><li>Oversee solution design and configuration, ensuring optimal use of platform features and data flows.</li><li>Partner with analytics teams to ensure analytic requirements are documented and woven into build planning.</li></ul><li>Governance &amp; Compliance</li><ul><li>Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, HIPAA, and consent management standards.</li><li>Maintain documentation for operational processes, workflows, and training materials.</li><li>Support audit readiness and data integrity across systems.</li></ul></ul>  Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, business analysis, or solution ownership roles.</li><li>Proven success in Salesforce implementations and marketing automation strategy.
