This role sits within the R&amp;D team and will engage members of R&amp;D as well as cross-functional partners within the division. This role will involve focused administrative support for 1-2 leaders, as well as support for the broader team. This role provides high-level administrative and project management support, including meeting and calendar management, the creation of presentations and communications, in addition to other administrative projects and tasks. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly collaborative, adaptable, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can foster professional relationships across the organization. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our Maple Grove, MN office at least three days per week.   Visa Sponsorship: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Performs administrative duties that may include, scheduling &amp; coordinating meetings/appointments, overseeing and executing meeting logistics &amp; schedules, scheduling conference rooms, greeting visitors, arranging travel (both domestic and international), completing expense reports, organizing major functional meetings, plus any other administrative tasks that need to be performed.</li><li>Calendar &amp; meeting management - Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize meetings to ensure efficient use and preferred allocation of time.</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and agendas, directions, transportation, and lodging.
