A requirement is a half-page cover letter as part of the application process.   Program highlights:  <ul><li>Three-year program with challenging and highly visible rotations across R&amp;D  </li><li>Opportunities to present to senior leadership, lead networking and volunteer events, work in dynamic and global cross functional team environments and other high-profile experiences  </li><li>Ongoing career development planning to build robust technical and leadership capabilities   </li></ul> Your responsibilities include:  <ul><li>Fully participates in and successfully contributes to product development project teams including the following activities: benchtop test development and execution, design and prototype test fixtures, determine product performance specifications, test method validation, data analysis, written and verbal communication of technical data to varying audiences.  </li><li>Works independently to plan and schedule own activities necessary to meet timelines, and communicate in a timely manner  </li><li>Designs and coordinates hands-on problem solving via tests and experiments.  </li><li>Performs troubleshooting on new products/process problems as related to design, material, or process.  </li><li>Summarizes, analyzes, and draws conclusions from test results.  </li><li>Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community.  </li><li>Works cooperatively and leads cross-functional projects across different locations and countries in collaboration with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing team members to ensure project success.  </li><li>Demonstrates product development system knowledge through execution of high-quality deliverables.  </li></ul> Required qualifications:<ul><li>Undergraduate senior (or masters or PhD candidate) working towards a degree in Engineering</li><li>0-1 year of experience in the Engineering field/industry </li><li>Must have prior intern/ co-op experience with Boston Scientific  </li><li>Must graduate between Fall 2025- June 2026 </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization</li><li>Strong communication skills as demonstrated through a required half-page cover letter as part of the application process</li></ul> Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Strong leadership experience, with a desire to continue to evolve your leadership in the workplace  </li><li>A genuine passion for the medical device industry and creating innovative technologies that improve the lives of patients around the world  </li><li>An analytical and quantitative approach to work, as well as the confidence to influence people at all levels  </li></ul>   Requisition ID: 612943 Minimum Salary: $ 61,000Maximum Salary: $ 115900 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see <a href="https://secure.bscbenefitsconnect.com/home/index.html">www.bscbenefitsconnect.com</a>--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
