Start your career at Boston Scientific as   Customer Education Specialist, Electrophysiology (m/w/d) - Germany  About the Role:  The Electrophysiology (EP) franchise represents the growing segment of the Rhythm Management division, and Training and Education for both employees and Health Care professionals is key to support technology adoption while ensuring patient safety.The primary objective of this role is to plan, align and execute the country EP education plan and programs for field support personnel and customers. This includes conducting needs assessments to define the plan, monitoring internal learner progress, and leading the mentorship program in the country. The role also involves developing healthcare professional (HCP) programs to address specific local educational needs while leveraging EHQ programs. The selected candidate will conduct local HCP programs, establish criteria for evaluating training effectiveness, and continuously update lesson plans to reflect new training requirements and technical advancements. In this role, you will be responsible to: <ul><li>Represent and own the internal and external training plan for your country, tailoring learning experiences that meet local needs:<ul><li>Develop a plan for all new hire employees and current employees to complete progressive curriculum in required timelines.</li><li>Conduct a needs assessment for HCPs in collaboration with the local marketing team to identify specific HCP education needs in the region.</li><li>Develop a plan to address HCP education needs aligned with EHQ education plan and integrating both EHQ programs and specific local programs required.</li></ul></li><li>Track and support the progress of employee-learners in your country, ensuring development goals are met and exceeded:<ul><li>Identify Educational gaps in collaboration with managers and mentors and implementing solutions leveraging all resources to meet established timelines.</li><li>Provide feedback to the EHQ team on program improvements and necessary adaptations to meet new requirements and address new needs or learnings.</li></ul></li><li>Lead the mentorship program, bringing structure and inspiration to our learning culture: <ul><li>Support all mentors in your region by identifying their development needs and helping them structure their mentoring support and gap assessment.</li><li>Evaluate program outcomes, and plan for continuous improvement with EHQ Med Ed and country leadership support.</li></ul></li><li>Execute, track and monitor results for all the HCP education programs in your country: <ul><li>Balance EHQ and country specific education programs to meet your country needs.</li><li>Design, implement, execute, define metrics and monitor specific country education programs defined in your plan and aligned with learning objectives.</li><li>Assess program impact, revise objectives, and plan for continuous improvement elevating needs within the country leadership and EHQ Med Ed.</li></ul></li><li>Manage budget for all country MedEd activities in collaboration with country marketing and business teams</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, acting as a liaison between key country educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.</li><li>Serve as the reference point in the country for any training and education needs or plans as Subject Matter expert in EP and Education topics, always up to date with new technologies launch learnings maintaining expertise level.</li><li>Communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish strong networking in the country organization and within the EHQ team</li><li>Collaborate on the development of our current digital platforms and Learning Management System defining needs and utilizing the platforms in the different curriculums</li><li>Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibility and ensure compliance to governing agency guidelines.</li><li>Create a professional development plan with the partnership of direct supervisor.</li><li>Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.</li><li>Leverage tools and programs across the organization</li><li>Ensure consistency in Boston Scientific branding guidelines.</li></ul>   What are we looking for in you: <ul><li>Around 4-5 years’ experience in Medical Education or Customer programs or Field support roles, with Electrophysiology, 3D mapping, Pulse-Field Ablation (PFA) and Single Shot field support experience and expertise required for this role (minimum 3 years). <ul><li>Training and Medical Education background will be highly valued for the role (2 years)</li><li>Experience in developing educational platforms, e-learning programmes and digital content will be highly valued</li></ul></li><li>University degree or equivalent required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP (disease, product, clinical).</li></ul><ul><li>Team player and collaboration attitude. Promote collaboration across the organization.</li><li>Generate and champion new ideas and approach.</li><li>Strong customer focus, both internal and external customers.</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li><li>Problem-solving oriented and detail focus.</li><li>Strong integrity, adaptability, agility.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities. Ability to prioritize and focus.</li><li>Didactic, presentation and strong communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Open to travelling (around 30% of the time annually).</li></ul>   YOUR BENEFITS <ul><li>Start: At our Welcome Day you get the chance to get to know your new colleagues better</li><li>Impact: You contribute to improving people’s lives</li><li>Flexibility: You work 100% remotly and manage your own working hours</li><li>Development &amp;
