You’ll lead reporting and analytics initiatives that enable process improvement through standardization, automation, and optimization grounded in lean principles. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Partnering with IT, Finance, divisional teams, and the India Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Corporate Daily Sales Reporting, including ongoing maintenance, testing, data validation, and enhancements in response to business or system changes</li><li>Supporting the development and implementation of globally standardized financial reporting and analytics solutions</li><li>Ensuring continuous delivery, maintenance, and end-user support for existing financial reporting tools</li><li>Acting as the primary liaison between Finance and IT for all financial data initiatives</li><li>Driving enhancements, process improvements, and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy across IA financial service offerings</li><li>Providing end-user support, delivering training, and maintaining process and technical documentation</li><li>Developing a deep understanding of underlying data and data structures, and how that data is used by the business</li><li>Translating business requirements into actionable reporting solutions, analytics tools, and dashboards using agile methodologies and IA best practices</li><li>Collaborating with the Intelligent Automation team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that: - drive real-time insights and improved decision-making - streamline existing reporting tools - strategically automate dashboards and expand functionality</li></ul> Qualifications: Required qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting or business analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovation and continuous improvement.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data-visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data cleansing.</li></ul> Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Applied financial acumen with experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into reporting and insights.</li><li>Experience coordinating cross-functional projects; plans, tracks, and reports status (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style; able to facilitate discussions and document requirements.</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize work and operate independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and proactively engage internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working in a global organization and partnering with regional/business unit leadership teams.</li><li>Experience generating, analyzing, and delivering sales and financial management reporting (dashboards, KPIs, executive summaries).</li><li>Experience with data lake/warehouse platforms (e.g., SAP HANA, Snowflake, or similar) and enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EPM, Hyperion/SmartView, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with predictive analytics, data modeling, or generative AI solutions; able to assess appropriate use cases.</li></ul>  Requisition ID: 615949Minimum Salary: $79700 Maximum Salary: $151400  The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see <a href="http://www.bscbenefitsconnect.com">www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—</a>will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
