The ideal candidate should have experience in acquisition and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. </div><div><br /></div><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to potential E-commerce sellers to discuss their business needs and offer our services.</li><li>Train our clients on how to use our system to create, track &amp; monitor their orders.</li><li>Deliver client-focused solutions based on client needs.</li><li>Ensuring clients are charged the correct price for the service provided.</li><li>Make sure that the new accounts are stable and active during the incubation period.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-up calls and emails</li><li>Negotiate and close deals with potential sellers</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements:</h3><ul><li>1+ year of experience as Fulfillment Tele-sales in the Logistics / E-commerce field.</li><li>Bachelors degree is a must.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities</li></ul>
