The world can’t wait.You Have:<ul><li>12+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems</li><li>5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA</li><li>2+ years of experience with performing the risk management process on space, ground, software, and hardware systems for Major Defense Acquisition Programs</li><li>Experience with identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities, and managing handling plans</li><li>Experience with using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook</li><li>Experience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines</li><li>Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively both on a cross functional team and independently, demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Secret clearance</li><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science</li></ul>Nice If You Have:<ul><li>2+ years of experience with the Military Satellite Communications Mission area</li><li>2+ years of experience with space acquisition</li><li>Experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies</li><li>Experience with Confluence or JIRA</li><li>Experience working with software factories or DecvSecOps pipelines</li><li>Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively</li><li>Top Secret clearance</li><li>Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science</li><li>Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP</li><li>INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
