Quality Support Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Quality Support Analyst, youll be part of a dynamic Program Management Office supporting a geographically dispersed team. Youll provide overall quality support, including deliverable management activities such as conducting deliverable quality assurance checks against contract, program management plan, and component management plan requirements, and submission of deliverables. You will contribute to a quality management plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guides. Youll gather and analyze performance feedback, support collection and analysis of performance metrics and Service Level Agreement data, and support overall quality reporting, including monthly status reports, program management reviews, and documenting lessons learned.

On our team, you’ll work with program leadership, Project Leads, and multiple stakeholders to implement quality management processes and tools and identify and recommend ways to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience conducting research, analysis, and reporting results
• 2+ years of experience with quality processes and improvements
• Experience organizing, compiling, and assessing data trends
• Experience capturing, tracking, measuring, analyzing, and documenting quality performance data
• Experience collaborating with various teams
• Experience performing quality control and quality assurance reviews of documents against requirements
• Secret clearance
• Bachelors degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community’s (IC) organizations or clients
• Experience with FEDSIM programs
• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Possession of strong organizational, task, and time management skills
• Masters degree
• PMI CAPM or PMP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
