Project ManagerThe Opportunity:As a Project Manager, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading projects and supporting teams. The world cant wait.You Have: <ul><li>Experience managing engineering and technical projects in the Army and DoD domain</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing staff and client communications, providing analysis of project budgets and forecasts, and communicating with company leadership to infuse new knowledge into the project when required and to perform regular reviews</li><li>Experience communicating and explaining complex analyses and themes to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Knowledge of the project management lifecycle</li><li>Ability to advocate for the customer and be supportive of their development needs  </li><li>Secret clearance </li><li>Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience within a DoD technical procurement environment, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience within a DoD technical procurement environment</li></ul>Nice If You Have:<ul><li>Possession of excellent problem-solving skills, including solving large, complex problems</li><li>Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
