The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior Oracle EPM Cloud Team Lead to join our team supporting critical financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning, FCCS, or ARCS, strong leadership experience, and a proven track record of successful delivery within federal or defense environments.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires not only technical excellence, but also the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are compliant with government regulations and business objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud applications such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, or Account Reconciliation.

• Manage a team of developers, analysts, and consultants through full project lifecycles, including scoping, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex financial requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

• Provide expert-level guidance on data integration, metadata management, and automation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with government standards such as FAR or CAS, security protocols, and audit requirements.

• Drive process improvements and recommend EPM best practices to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.

• Support change management and user training activities for successful adoption of new systems and processes.

You Have:   

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM or Hyperion implementations

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role

• Experience delivering solutions in federal or defense environments

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning, FCCS, or ARCS

• Experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate

• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and close or reporting processes

• Knowledge of federal financial compliance requirements, indirect rate structures, and project accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have:   

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms

• Experience with Databricks or similar Datalake technologies

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems

• Possession of excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

• Master’s degree

• Oracle EPM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
