The world can’t wait. You Have: <ul><li>4+ years of experience installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting DoD classified and unclassified networks, including routers, switches, and cabling</li><li>Experience working autonomously on small and fast teams and working with hybrid to on prem</li><li>Knowledge of network transport medium, including fiber, wireless, and copper, networking backbone, including physical, data, network, and transport, wireless communication infrastructure equipment and services, and network security devices and applications</li><li>Ability to configure and manage Internet Protocol (IP) address space and VLANs, document and maintain accurate enterprise network architecture diagrams, and install or maintain communication infrastructure equipment and services, including user access drops, Domain Name Server (DNS), or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)</li><li>Ability to obtain a Secret clearance</li><li>Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in network engineering, or 5+ years of experience in network engineering in lieu of a degree</li></ul>Nice If You Have: <ul><li>Knowledge of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), customer guidance, and commercial best security and engineering practices</li><li>Ability to document and maintain accurate enterprise network architecture diagrams in accordance with the customers change and configuration management processes and the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)</li><li>Possession of excellent technical writing skills</li><li>CCNA Certification</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
