With a team of professionals, you’ll maintain applications and keep systems working. You and your team will use programming and scripting languages as you continuously enhance and maintain applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise operationally, and upgrade the systems to meet security requirements. Most importantly, you’ll advise our clients on the best ways to improve and modernize the existing systems. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.What You’ll Work On:<ul><li>Use governance capabilities within M365 such as data compliance and security measures.</li><li>Analyze the current state of the governance processes and identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain the governance process documentation, including process maps, workflows, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, escalation paths, and metrics.</li><li>Plan and coordinate the governance process activities such as meetings, reviews, approvals, audits, and feedback.</li><li>Track and monitor the progress and status of the governance process initiatives and report on the key performance indicators and outcomes.</li><li>Manage the governance process issues and risks and implement mitigation and resolution actions.</li><li>Facilitate the collaboration and alignment of the governance committees, working groups, and subject matter experts and ensure their engagement and participation.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the stakeholders on the governance process, best practices, and tools.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the governance process framework and methodology.</li><li>Maintain daily administrative timekeeping.</li></ul>Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
