Mechanical EngineerKey Role: Provide mechanical engineering support for the development, operation, maintenance, and testing of complex technology systems for DoD weapon systems. Design, fabricate, modify, and evaluate complicated and difficult mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems. Prepare design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for presentation and approval. Maintain responsibility for planning, organizing, and conducting technical projects or phases of projects involving the design and development of new or improved products or processes. Investigate solutions to product or process problems. Consolidate results of mechanical design elements for assigned projects. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
