Marketing Operations ManagerThe Opportunity:As a Marketing Operations leader you will architect and scale marketing system alignment, processes, and performance infrastructure that drive impact across a dynamic, public-sector, and technology-focused organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and enablement, ensuring B2G and B2C marketing teams operate with excellence, compliance, and agility. The world can’t wait. You Have: <ul><li>8+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing enablement</li><li>Experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Eloqua, marketing or campaign workflows tools, such as Adobe Workfront and Planning, SmartSheets, or MS Planner, and tools such as Adobe AEM, MS Sharepoint and Teams, Mural, or marketing calendars</li><li>Experience managing complex operational initiatives, such as new marketing platform implementation and adoption, including budget oversight, vendor compliance, content governance, project management, budgeting, and vendor and contract management</li><li>Experience in building, managing and scaling Marketing Centers of Excellence, including creating governance frameworks, playbooks, process documentation, and KPIs</li><li>Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau to guide strategy and ROI measurement</li><li>Experience with business-to-government (B2G) marketing and marketing operations in U.S. federal government and Tech Community aligned companies</li><li>Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, internal communications, media relations, compliance, and technology teams in highly matrixed organizations</li><li>Experience managing teams and agencies to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned content tailored to government and technology influencers, and decision-makers</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li></ul>Nice If You Have:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in performance marketing or marketing enablement in the B2G or regulated industries</li><li>Experience with full-funnel marketing for the public sector and tech community, including brand awareness and perception through conversion, and product marketing and capture support</li><li>Experience with government contracting processes and advertising or event regulations, and working in risk-sensitive environments</li><li>Experience in people management, including mentoring talent, prioritizing workstreams, and fostering team growth</li><li>Experience with executive communications</li><li>Ability to influence without authority</li><li>Ability to lead multiple initiatives and optimize workflows simultaneously</li><li>Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced roles with complex project oversight and deadline accountability</li><li>Possession of excellent time management and relationship-building skills</li><li>Possession of excellent project management and change management skills</li></ul>CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
