You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of client IT project roadmaps, establishing project milestones and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.  Work with us to transform the future of digital platforms. What You’ll Work On:<ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for end-users.</li><li>Create, modify, and disable user accounts and access privileges in accordance with established security protocols.</li><li>Track and manage IT assets, including computers, peripherals, software licenses, and other equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies and procedures, including data security, network security, and physical security.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, network devices, and other peripherals on classified and unclassified networks.</li><li>Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on various IT systems and applications.</li><li>Research and learn about new technologies and trends in IT support.</li><li>Manage and maintain Pilot or Operator IT devices, server information, and applications for connectivity to the aircraft platforms.</li></ul>Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
