Your role will involve auditing and following up on aging receivables and supporting both internal and external stakeholders with account, policy, procedure, and system-related inquiries. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Ready to build the future for the better?What You’ll Work On:<ul><li>Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.</li><li>Contact customers and the agency via phone and email to follow up on overdue payments.</li><li>Generate and distribute regular reports on collection activities and outstanding receivables.</li><li>Provide summaries and updates to finance leadership.</li><li>Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.</li><li>Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.</li><li>Keep detailed records of all communications and actions taken regarding collections.</li><li>Prepare documentation for legal proceedings if necessary.</li></ul>Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD).
