Youll apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Youll work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Youll operate independently with substantial latitude in decision making and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies. Youll provide technical support in the definition, development, and improvement of application architecture to ensure that client needs are fully met. Youll apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Youll also develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. The world can’t wait.  You Have: <ul><li>5+ years of experience with AWS or Azure, including deploying, configuring, and maintaining virtual systems and software in the Cloud</li><li>Experience with scripting languages</li><li>Experience with physical or virtual networking</li><li>Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C/C++</li><li>Experience assisting technical teams with design, development, guidance, and troubleshooting</li><li>Experience with Agile development</li><li>Secret clearance</li><li>Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics</li><li>Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level II Certification or DoD 8140 Certification within 6 months of start date</li></ul>Nice If You Have: <ul><li>Experience designing, developing, deploying, or testing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and using tools, including EC2, S3, ELBs, RDS, VPCs, security groups, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, or IAM permissions</li><li>Experience working with microservices and containerization, including orchestration, cluster management, and container storage, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher</li><li>Experience installing, configuring, and integrating custom solutions, COTS, GOTS, and FOSS into a larger collection of services and systems</li><li>Experience developing CI/CD pipelines or automating system and software build activities</li><li>Experience with Serverless, including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and SAM</li><li>Experience securing and hardening operating systems, applications, and containers</li><li>Experience with build automation, DevOps, or DevSecOps</li><li>Masters degree</li><li>DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level III Certification or DoD 8140 Certification</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
