At Boomi Deutschland GmbH, you’ll join a fully established GTM team in Germany during one of the most exciting phases of our expansion. We are investing heavily in the DACH region, and our momentum in the market creates a unique opportunity for Enterprise Account Executives to overachieve, grow their reputation, and make a real impact with the industry leading enterprise platform, as recognised by Gartner &amp; Forrester. This is a high-impact role where you will own both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion, supported by a collaborative team culture and strong leadership. You’ll partner with senior decision-makers across all industries, leverage Boomi’s market-leading integration, automation, and AI-powered solutions, and be empowered to deliver real business transformation for your customers. At Boomi, we believe the best talent deserves the best environment: a remote-first setup with flexibility, a high-performance culture that supports success, and the chance to be part of a company that’s scaling fast in Germany and across EMEA. <h4>Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a new business sales strategy within the DACH region.</li> <li>Growing our substantial portfolio of existing customers with our market leading solution</li> <li>Own and exceed a quota focused on a mix of new logos and  existing customer expansion</li> <li>Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise prospects through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding potential customers’ business challenges and aligning our solutions to their needs.</li> <li>Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.</li> <li>Partner with internal teams, including marketing and pre-sales, to drive high-quality pipeline generation.</li> <li>Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to unlock new opportunities.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market reach.</li> </ul> <h4>What We’re Looking For</h4> <ul> <li>Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.</li> <li>10+ years of enterprise software field sales experience, ideally in data integration, data management, AI or a related technology domain.</li> <li>Strong track record of hunting new logos as well as expanding existing customers, closing new business, and exceeding quota in enterprise sales.</li> <li>Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.</li> <li>Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles and selling technical platform solutions.</li> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and MEDDPICC methodology.</li> <li>Passionate about intelligently growing our revenue across the DACH region. </li> </ul> Why Join Boomi? <ul> <li>Market Momentum &amp; Growth: Boomi is in one of its most exciting growth phases in Germany and EMEA.
