As a Tech Procurement Specialist in our Procurement team, your purpose will be to optimize spend, manage procurement applications, and ensure alignment between business needs and Booksys strategic objectives. Youll be a key player in driving cost-effective solutions and maintaining compliance with procurement policies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in drafting and implementation of procurement tools and processes.
  • Monitoring and management of procurement applications, ensuring compliance with Booksy policies.
  • Management of demand and balancing business needs with strategic objectives.
  • Analysis of specifications to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Leading initiatives to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and improve services.
  • Acting as an ambassador of Procurement and a champion in the function for all Procurement policies, processes and tools.
  • Preparation of reports and summaries on procurement activities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economy, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of procurement and contract management experience in technology, IT or e-commerce business.
  • Proven experience with procurement/contract management solutions.
  • Familiarity and practical experience with contract terms and conditions including DPA, GDPR, ESG etc.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • English fluency.
