As a Sales Team Leader reporting to the Sales Manager your purpose will be to effectively manage the subordinate team by motivating them, setting goals, and properly evaluating their work to achieve the companys established results. Additionally promoting and selling Booksy products in accordance with company guidelines while maintaining and expanding the customer base. Within your task will be also creating processes to improve collaboration between the Sales team and other teams within the organization.

What youll get to do:

  • Lead and Develop: Youll manage and coordinate your reporting team, taking ownership of their development, training, and motivation to help them achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Drive Sales Excellence: You’ll conduct sales conversations for our SaaS and Boost products, actively engaging with clients through various channels, and exploring new opportunities for growth.
  • Innovate Processes: You’ll be instrumental in creating and analyzing sales processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the sales department and with other teams.
  • Build Relationships: Youll manage customer relationships from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Strategic Impact: You’ll actively support the Sales Manager in executing current initiatives and achieving strategic goals.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to utilize sales techniques with clients for active sales.
  • Proven ability to proactively use social networks to build company authority and acquire/maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience in building presentations and summarizing team results.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
