As an E-commerce Marketing Specialist in our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving sales campaigns in our online beauty store, from shaping the initial concept to delivering measurable results.. Your responsibilities will include:
- Development & Execution: Leveraging supplier promotions, creating and executing end-to-end promotional concepts, setting up and managing campaigns in the CRM system, and launching paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads).
- Messaging & Channels: Planning and executing multi-channel campaign communications across various channels (CRM: push notifications, email, in-app messages, banners), while crafting compelling marketing copy.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitoring campaign performance through clicks, conversions, and pricing management.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitoring competitor pricing on other e-commerce platforms to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Resources & Collaboration: Collaborating with graphic designers or independently creating visuals using Canva or similar tools.
Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within the beauty/cosmetics category.
- Hands-on experience with campaign tools (CRM).
- Proven experience setting up and managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce promotion mechanics.
- Fluent in Polish and English

- Visual content creation skills using Canva (or similar tools).
