Youll help shape the architectural vision, ensure technical excellence, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver features and infrastructure that support Bonterras mission. This highly collaborative role blends hands-on technical leadership, strategic planning, and people management.Youll remain close to the work --- actively participating in design reviews, code contributions, and operational improvements --- while mentoring teams and driving high standards across engineering practices.
