In this position you will.... <ul> <li>Be responsible to deliver their sales and achieve revenue targets. </li> <li>Build strong relationships with our partner through proactive management and communication.  This will include communicating sales targets, performance against targets and supporting partners sales team to meet and exceed targets.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to exceed revenue targets and strengthen partner relationships</li> </ul>  You will be responsible for… <ul> <li>Assist in achieving annual retail sales targets and generating sales revenue for the company.</li> <li>Building positive customer relationship with the customers key stakeholders to penetrate key accounts through solid understanding business drivers.</li> <li>Managing customer requirements, needs, issues to ensure a smooth customer journey</li> <li>Assist in developing and implementing business solutions, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery under supervision.</li> <li>Provide administrative and coordination support for new project management and implementation tasks as directed.</li> <li>Monitor and report on subscription statuses and customer base metrics daily, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.</li> <li>Act as a support liaison with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Operations to ensure smooth collaboration on customer needs.</li> <li>Building strong relationships with partner frontline sales team and equip them with the product knowledge, sales skills and motivation to achieve sales targets</li> <li>Delivering training and coaching on the product and sales skills to Retail sales staff.
