Come join us on the adventure today!</div>Your role at Bolt: As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding Bolt’s footprint among fast-growing ecommerce and fintech merchants. You’ll lead strategic sales engagements from end to end—identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing deals that help our customers scale with Bolt’s seamless checkout technology. This is a high-impact role for a consultative, data-driven seller who understands the unique challenges of Enterprise merchants and knows how to build relationships that last. What you will be doing: <ul> <li>Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing—across a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise ecommerce and fintech merchants.</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Bolt’s capabilities with the goals of prospective merchants.</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities, collaborating with marketing and partnerships for lead generation and deal acceleration.</li> <li>Deliver tailored product demos and proposals that speak to the needs of technical and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the unique pain points of Enterprise and Strategic merchants and recommending the right mix of solutions.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-onboarding handoff.</li> <li>Track and manage activity and pipeline with accuracy in Salesforce and other sales tools.</li> <li>Represent Bolt at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and generate new leads.</li> </ul> What would set you up for success: <ul> <li>10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, or related technology sectors.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in closing Enterprise deals and managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem—checkout, fraud, payments, platforms, and merchant pain points.</li> <li>Consultative selling skills with a focus on uncovering needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally and navigating complex deal structures.</li> <li>Fluency in sales tech stack tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.</li> <li>Bonus: Experience at a high-growth startup or selling a platform-based product.</li> </ul> Estimated cash compensation for this role is $300,000-325,000 USD, with a split between base and commission, plus equity depending on experience.<div>Benefits: <ul> <li>Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental and vision</li> <li>Remote-first workplace</li> <li>Time away: Minimum of 20 days guaranteed PTO, paid holidays + floating holidays, your birthday off!</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Competitive Pay</li> <li>Retirement plans</li> <li>Virtual and in-person team &amp; company events</li> </ul> In addition to our core values, Bolt is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
