Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist (level 4) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, Texas.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads audits and assessments of complex suppliers systems, processes and products.
• Documents and reports audit and assessment results.
• Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers.
• Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work.
• Provides education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
• Develops training materials and other resources to support improvements in supplier performance and productivity.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years’ experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• 3+ years experience of conducting/leading Quality Management Systems (QMS) Audits
• 3+ years’ experience of conducting Quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Proficient in MS Office tool suite and project management software tools
• 5+ years’ experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
• 3+ years’ experience with project leadership leading cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of various quality tools and processes such as FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and AS9145
• ODA Unit Member experience
