Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future!Position Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs.</li><li>Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs.</li><li>Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.</li><li>Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions.</li><li>Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategies.</li><li>Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects.</li><li>Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.</li><li>Manages work movement plans.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): <ul><li>Technical Bachelors, Masters or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).</li><li>5+ years’ experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management in a technical capacity</li><li>5+ years’ experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams</li><li>Experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements</li><li>Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<ul><li>Level 5: 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors</li><li>Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers</li><li>Experience in leadership or management role</li></ul>Work Location:This position is hybrid.
