Senior Systems ArchitectCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Systems Architect to join the team in Hazelwood, MO. In this exciting role, you will work to support cutting-edge products in support of our Boeing Defense, Space &amp; Security (BDS) Manufacturing and Quality (M&amp;Q) Information Technology (IT) Systems division, utilizing key applications such as Siemens Opcenter, databases, and Boeing built software to drive innovation and efficiency.Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Leads activities to define requirements, design and verify robust architecture, data and information management systems and components</li><li>Leads the identification of design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements</li><li>Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle</li><li>Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models</li><li>Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives</li><li>Performs trade-off analyses</li><li>Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments</li><li>Drafts data and information management products and service standards</li><li>Assesses impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle</li><li>Develops architecture and data/information management standards and strategies</li><li>Coaches and mentors others</li></ul>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<ul><li>10+ years of experience leading large scale, cross functional projects</li><li>10+ years of experience planning and executing optimization initiatives</li><li>10+ years of experience leading Business Transformation and Information Technology initiatives in a complex global environment</li><li>10+ years of experience communicating and presenting to all levels from individual contributors to executives</li><li>10+ years of experience integrating application components and databases across computing platforms</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<ul><li>10+ years of experience in IT Architecture and Development</li><li>Experience with Siemens Engineering and Manufacturing software</li><li>Experience in designing, building and delivering information technology and services</li><li>Experience connecting business architecture and capabilities to solve architecture</li><li>Experience with multiple software development languages and methodologies, including Agile/DevOps</li><li>Experience in leading organizational and culture change</li><li>Experience with AI, data analytics, semantics, machine learning, deep learning or cognitive science</li><li>Experience managing supplier relationships and performing supplier technology evaluations</li></ul>Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay &amp; Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
