Youll guide them through their search and match them with the perfect flexible living solution.If youre passionate about sales, have a client-first mindset, and thrive in high-energy environments, this is your chance to join a world class team thats reshaping how people live.Your Path to Success<ul> <li> Own the Sales Cycle Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms—guiding them from first contact through to booking confirmation over the weekends</li> <li> Understand Client Needs Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations across global markets</li> <li> Deliver Results Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey</li> <li> Manage Pipeline Track and update leads in our CRM, ensuring follow-ups are timely, accurate, and proactive</li> <li> Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize the sales process</li> </ul><ul> <li>3 years of experience (at least 2 years in the same company) in an inbound or outbound sales position. </li> <li>A hunter mentality and a strong ability to run exploratory calls, handle objections, and close deals confidently</li> <li>Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus</li> <li>Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus</li> <li>A coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally</li> <li>Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across global markets</li> </ul>
