You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with relationship-driven consulting to help customers enhance agility, mitigate risks, and achieve operational resilience.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Solution Deployment &amp; Integration</b></div><div>· Install, configure, and integrate LiveNX and LiveWire in enterprise and service provider environments (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud).</div><div>·<span> </span>Provide interoperability expertise with multi-vendor infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).</div><div>·<span> </span>Maintain and optimize network telemetry collection (NetFlow, IPFIX, OTEL, SNMP, packet capture).</div><div>·<span> </span>Design and maintain dashboards for network health, application performance, and security insights.</div><div>· Create custom reports and alerts for performance, compliance, and capacity planning.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Customer Engagement &amp; Success</b></div><div>·<span> </span>Lead design workshops, deployments, and knowledge transfer sessions.</div><div>·<span> </span>Translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performing LiveAction architectures.</div><div>·<span> </span>Train and mentor operations staff; develop runbooks, SOPs, and post-engagement documentation.</div><div>·<span> </span>Assist in implementing network segmentation and zero-trust architectures using LiveAction insights.</div><div> </div><div><b>Technical Expertise &amp; Troubleshooting</b></div><div>·<span> </span>Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, configuration, and performance issues.</div><div>·<span> </span>Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to escalate and resolve challenges.</div><div>·<span> </span>Analyze logs, flow data, and packet captures for troubleshooting.</div><div>·<span> </span>Contribute to professional services methodologies, deployment templates, and best practice documentation.</div><div>·<span> </span>Collect customer feedback and share insights to shape the product roadmap.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Required</b></div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Proven experience in multi-vendor networking (Cisco IOS-XE, NX-OS, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Advanced networking certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Prisma, SilverPeak, VMware/Broadcom, Cisco/Viptela, etc.)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Familiarity with QoS, application flow analysis, and packet-level tools (Wireshark, Riverbed)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Experience with Linux, VMware/ESXi, KVM, hybrid/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Knowledge of authentication systems (SSO, Cisco ISE/TACACS+, RADIUS, LDAP)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Experience with RBAC, SSL certificate deployment, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Scripting/automation with Python or JavaScript; REST API integration experience</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Preferred</b></div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Hands-on experience with LiveAction tools (LiveNX, LiveWire)</div><div><span>·</span><span> </span>Familiarity with industry-standard network packet brokers (Keysight/Ixia, APCON, Gigamon, cPacket). </div><div>If you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application!
