You’ll be responsible for driving execution for value-added applications on top of the Integrity platform – initially focused on analytics. This role is pivotal in delivering the next wave of innovation for Integrity X and ensuring our platform continues to meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>• </b>Lead and grow a team of software engineers in Canada, Serbia and contractors in Vietnam focused on Integrity’s value added services.</div><div><b>• </b>Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives in collaboration with Product Management and Architecture.</div><div><b>• </b>Champion engineering excellence, including CI/CD, test automation, and secure coding practices.</div><div><b>• </b>Guide the team through architectural modernization, including RESTful API development and UI/UX enhancements.</div><div><b>• </b>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of features across on-prem and cloud deployments.</div><div><b>• </b>Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div><div><b>• </b>8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.</div><div><b>• </b>Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure or network software.</div><div><b>• </b>Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.</div><div><b>• </b>Prior work with DNS, DHCP, IPAM platforms or network security solutions.</div><div><b>• </b>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</div><div><b>• </b>Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.</div><div><b>• </b>Demonstrated experience managing remote offshore contractor teams, including setting clear expectations, maintaining alignment across time zones, and ensuring quality delivery.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Preferred Experience</b></div><div><b>• </b>Strong understanding of DDI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and API-first design.</div><div><b>• </b>Familiarity with BlueCat Integrity or similar platforms (e.g., Infoblox NIOS, EfficientIP).</div><div><b>• </b>Contributions to open-source projects or standards in networking or infrastructure.</div><div>If you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application!
