The BlueCat channel includes VARs, MSPs, technology partners and our Distributers. The Distribution Manager will be a hands-on contributor managing the day-to-day workings, engagements, sales plays and pipeline growth through our strategic Distribution Partner(s) in the Americas.  Working cross-functionally and closely with BlueCat leaders, Sellers and Partner Sales Managers, in a fast pace/fast growth environment, where they will have the opportunity to significantly impact the overall business.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities</b></div><div>·<span>       </span>Drive Partner Sourced Opportunities, through the robust selling organization within our Strategic Distributers and through their expansive deep bench of Partners (VARs, DMRs, MSPs)</div><div>·<span>       </span>Drive and grow qualified Deal Registration by leveraging account mapping, enablement, and highly curated field marketing events with partners aligned to our Strategic Distributers </div><div>·<span>       </span>Set up and hold regional Partner Customer focused events that drive Pipeline growth through Deal Registrations</div><div>·<span>       </span>Work cross functionally, across internal BlueCat teams (Marketing, Partner Program Office, Sales, Operations) to ensure Distribution growth </div><div>·<span>       </span>Create and Implement sales and technical trainings for all Distribution teams</div><div>·<span>       </span>Build and implement growth plans and QBRs for our dedicated Distribution Partners</div><div>·<span>       </span>Provide insight to leadership into Partner Pipeline, Deal Registrations and open opportunities </div><div>·<span>       </span>Align and work closely with regional Sales leaders/teams and technical resources</div><div>·<span>       </span>Identify, address and hand hold to success all EoQ/EoY ops and issues that are being addressed with our Strategic Distribution Partners</div><div>·<span>       </span>Hit and surpass quarterly MBOs and KPIs</div><div> </div><div><b>Organizational Alignment</b></div><div>·<span>       </span>Reports to VP, Americas Channel</div><div> </div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div><div>·<span>       </span>Minimum of 5+ years of Distribution experience with TDS (Tech Data SYNNEX) and /or others</div><div>·<span>       </span>Strong understanding of the Channel, Channel Management and SaaS solution selling</div><div>·<span>       </span>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal </div><div>·<span>       </span>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, coordinate events, meet multiple deadlines </div><div>·<span>       </span>Work in a cross functional Environment to ensure team success</div><div>·<span>       </span>Preferred to reside in Greenville SC, Phoenix, or Clearwater FL but will consider other areas based on experience. </div><div>·<span>       </span>25% - 40% travel is expected </div><div>If you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application!
