The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.  This role is in office Monday through Thursday in New York. Fridays are remote.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage complex calendars and arrange appointments, meetings, conferences, and heavy travel plans (domestic and international) </li><li>Schedule conference rooms, catering, and audio-visual equipment as needed, prepare meeting materials as requested (digital or print) </li><li>Track all required receipts from business expenses and travel, compile and submit accurately allocated expense reports for all team members </li><li>Complete various ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned </li><li>Act as point of contact for internal and external clients; respond to emails and phone calls; track and ensure outstanding meeting requests are addressed </li><li>Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible; intake and organization of all mail and legal documents and other correspondence </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, colleagues, vendors, and visitors </li><li>Build trust by demonstrating reliability, confidentiality, and good judgment </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>At least five years of relevant administrative experience preferred </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat DC, and Concur </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively </li><li>Highly discreet and professional </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail </li></ul>It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be 80,000.00 to 100,000.00. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
