Come feel invigorated and unstoppable with us!   The Role As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for Bloomerang by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential nonprofit customers who may not be actively looking for a new solution. You will be creating demand where none exists with key decision-makers and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role requires resilience, creativity, and the ability to keep focused when you receive rejection. If you are passionate about sales, and want to make a difference in the nonprofit sector, this role is for you!   What You Will Do <ul> <li>Master Bloomerang’s Product &amp; Value: Become an expert on how Bloomerang’s fundraising, donor, and volunteer management solutions transform nonprofits to help them achieve their mission. You’ll need to quickly articulate value to busy decision-makers.</li> <li>Prospect &amp; Engage: Break into cold accounts through research and strategically engaging decision makers through a mix of cold call, email, LinkedIn and personalized messages.</li> <li>Generate Pipeline: Create &amp; nurture a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality potential meetings from scratch, using creative and strategic outreach to warm them up and convert to qualified meetings.</li> <li>Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the Account Executive team to strategically build a pipeline that converts into closed revenue. Compensation  As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $65,000-$70,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters.
