Come feel invigorated and unstoppable with us!   The Role As a Fundraising Solutions Specialist, you will be providing creative solutions to internal or customer-facing problems. This position plays a key role in driving the growth of our fundraising solutions within the Bloomerang and Bloomerang Fundraising product suite. Your objective will be increasing the adoption of our existing fundraising tools, ensuring that our clients maximize their value and impact.   What You Will Do <ul> <li>Gain a thorough understanding of Bloomerang Payments and Bloomerang Fundraising capabilities and value propositions.</li> <li>Execute full-cycle sales, from initial outreach to activation, within Bloomerangs customer base.</li> <li>Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and refine compelling messaging for Bloomerangs customers and prospects.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for Bloomerang customers to utilize fundraising solutions by partnering with the Customer organization.</li> <li>Ensure seamless adoption of fundraising solutions by collaborating with payments operations and onboarding teams.</li> <li>Work closely with our go-to-market and operations teams to facilitate the smooth transition of existing customers from third-party fundraising and payment solutions to the Bloomerang Fundraising platform.</li> </ul>   What You Need to Succeed <ul> <li>Deep understanding of the value proposition of integrating payments into a SaaS platform.</li> <li>Strong active listening to understand a customer’s pain and position our fundraising solution accordingly.  </li> <li>Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to take on new challenges and creatively solve problems.</li> <li>Strong ability to help non-technical users understand complex topics. </li> <li>Creativity in assessing opportunities and developing solutions to get deals across the finish line.</li> <li>Strong ability to partner across organizations to leverage various functional area partners to accelerate Bloomerang Payments and Fundraising growth. </li> <li>The ability to work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition onto the Bloomerang Fundraising platform.</li> <li>Desire to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerangs mission.</li> </ul>   Benefits Health + Wellness You’ll have access to generous health, vision, and dental insurance options as well as HealthiestYou, a healthcare service that offers convenient, confidential access to quality doctors 24/7, anytime, anywhere.  Time Off Youll get a competitive PTO package that includes 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, as well as paid parental leave. Compensation  As this is an incentive compensation role, there is a base salary with annual on target earnings of $125,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters.
